Shipping & Such

We believe in well made goods, handmade to last.

 

And to be clear, this is a one lady business, and we are doing the best we can. We can not compete or compare to the shipping/refund polices of a big Ol’ box stores that can intentionally take a loss on products or send a single order in 17 different packages. The real world of small businesses simply can’t work that way. Rant Over.

 

SHIPPING

All in stock items will be shipped within 5 business days. We offer different shipping options, but all will be shipped with the same timeline. If you are needing it shipped sooner, then please contact us at catekuzik@ochrelea.com to arrange other shipping options. Every effort will be made to get you our products in a timely fashion.

Any made to order or custom items will have the shipping information be either in the details of the listing or we will communicate with you via email with my current turnaround time.

Canada Post will be the shipping method used with tracking which will be emailed once the item is dropped off at the Post Office. Please email for any special requests.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages but you can request insurance by contacting us before the item has shipped.  Basic insurance is included with all tracked packages but may not cover the entire cost of the items.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

LOCAL PICK UP

If you are in Edmonton then we are happy to arrange pick up, at my residence studio near the north central neighbourhood of Westmount.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is offered at a flat rate for purchases located within a defined radius of our shop. If you fall within this area, the option will be available as a shipping option. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know ASAP, (with pictures + description please) we will do our best to make it right.  

Unused items in original condition may be eligible for a refund, within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Refunds on all sale items as well as custom orders will be determined at our discretion.

Buyer will not receive refund until item is received back into inventory. Buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. No refunds are given on shipping.

If you notice something wrong with your item, please contact us immediately with pictures detailing the problem as well as a description of the issue.
